Returns

Occasionally as a customer, you might need to return an item. We are here to help make that as easy as possible.

In compliance of the 2014 Consumer Contracts Regulations (CSR's) customers in the UK may cancel their order with us within 14 days of placing the order or within 14 days of the receipt of the goods (whichever is longer).  This applies only to UK customers only.  Non UK customers may only return a non faulty item only if agreed by us in advance.  Any such returns will incur a 20% restocking / admin fee that will be deducted from any refund.    Please be aware of this before placing any order.

Exclusions

We reserve the right not to serve any customers at our sole discretion.  We strive to provide all of our customers with the best buying experience that we can possibly provide.  We will not tolerate abuse of any kind directed towards our staff or company.   If you have questions ask them.  We will also not tolerate any attempt to defraud us and will respond to such attempts vigourously and with all lawful resources available to us. 

Drop Ship / Speculative Third Party Sellers

We will cancel any orders that we suspect are from any kind of speculative purchaser who might be advertising items listed on our website in their own websites or eBay stores without actually being in possession of the actual comics.  These cancelled orders will be refunded LESS any financial charges incurred by us and will be applied solely at our discretion and the customer will be blocked from our main store and affiliated payment platforms including our Paypal.

You will need to pay for any return postage, but we will refund the delivery charge if we have made an error in our dispatch or if the item received is faulty or unfit for purpose, unless you’ve decided to keep part of the received order.

We will also refund your delivery charge if you’re an EU customer cancelling under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 – please see below for more details.

The parcel should contain:

  1. The item(s) you purchased that you wish to return in their original condition.
  2. Your original invoice, clearly stating which item(s) you are returning and the reasons why you are returning the goods.

Please ensure your items are securely packaged. Don’t forget to obtain proof of posting, and please allow at least two days for your goods to reach us. We can’t accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in the post.

A refund will be issued in the method the payment was made. This is in line with your consumer right of return and refund.

Important: To qualify for our refunds policy, all items must be in a re-saleable condition and as sent.

We reserve the right to refuse to refund items that are returned that are not in re-saleable condition. Goods that are not in a re-saleable condition may be returned to you at your expense.

Our address for returns is for regular post office type returns is: Incognito Comics, PO Box 431, Dover, Kent, CT16 9ED.

If you intend tor return by UPS, FedEx or similar please let us know before shipping as they will not deliver to a PO Box.

Our refunds policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
